Sommelier, Carolyn Moore is the founder of Moore To Pour and a Bay Area native whose passion for wine is matched only by her talent for bringing people together. With 30 years of experience helping companies build strong cultures and leaders, Carolyn now channels her expertise into creating wine experiences that spark curiosity, conversation, and connection.

Her wine journey has taken her from California’s iconic Napa and Sonoma valleys to the legendary vineyards of Argentina, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Greece. Along the way, she has gathered not just remarkable wines but also the stories, traditions, and personalities behind them. Carolyn’s credentials include the WSET Level 2 Award in Wines and the Wine Scholar Guild’s Italian Wine Essentials Certification, as well as over five years as a Wine Educator at a boutique winery.
